Oh what a fine party

Well my good friend Jono celebrated his 31st birthday and it was a fine drunken affair, started off a little slow but once 10PM rolled around the party was in full swing and lasted until 2AM, all-in-all a thorough romp of debauchery. Personally I drank way too much woke up in the early hours with an evil hangover. Thankfully I managed to find a clean glass amongst all the party rubble, sure it was a mesuring cup but it was clean and that’s what counts.

Didn’t get much sleep after that as Jen dropped by in the early morning to retrieve her forgotten purse. You know it has been a good party when someone forgets something.

Sunday morning TV really sucks, I watched a bunch of evangelical Christian programing as I want to better understand their mentality. After wasting 30min listening to this man talk about Christ’s love and plan for me with out giving me any specifics, I gave up. I wondered how people find fufilment in such vapid promises of salvation, there was absolutely no substance to the majority of what this man was saying.

Thankfully, Jono got up and saved me from my morbid curiosity with evangelicals, instead of God we watched some Ground Hog Day, that movie is great every time I see it.
