Inaction leeds to no satisfaction.

When I was in grade 7, I came to class one day without having my homework done. As punishment Ms. Kraft had me sit at my desk all day and do nothing, all the while she told me that this would be my future if I did not do work. Unfortunately for me the lesson I derived from this punishment was that the consequences of not working were really not that server. Needless to say this has not server me well, as time has gradually eroded my ability to maintain motivation or have long term goals and desires.

So here I am a rudderless ship, unable to visualize or even fantasize about sailing to bigger and better waters. Well that is all the negativity I want to write today, tomorrow I think I’ll write about memory and the role it has in limiting the scope of personal ambition.
